Where it all began

Since you are reading this article you are probably into psychology so I want to ask you something. Do you ever wonder where it all began, how psychology became an actual thing, an independent science?

So may say that thinkers such as Aristotle and Plato which attempted to explore the nature of the human mind were the ones to get things going, or people like John Locke which promoted this idea until their end, but the usually m the the title of the father of psychology goes to this guy:

As you may see his name is Wilhelm Wundt and he is the one who established psychology as a science independent from biology and philosophy, which is the only reason psychology became one of the most popular sciences.

Because of him intellectuals were able to study and revolutionize psychology, which made William James open one of the first labs in America, where great students were able to learn even more stuff, the one who made these helped them become people as cool as the ones below.

So, whenever you have to learn psychology for your finals or you might want to use a trick or two to get out of a situation just think a bit of this guy, or at least  try to pronounce his name properly because if it wasn’t for him, none of us would be here now into psychology, or maybe just in my case, into anything at all.
